Dear Neighbours,
Thanks to all who attended the EGM in October - for those of you who didn't, don't worry - the minutes will be sent out soon and available to download from this site. Don't forget you can always come along to next Mays AGM (May 21st 2011) - all neighbours are very welcome.

Now a quick update for you all:
This week here in the community the floor areas at the bottom of each of the blocks' stairwells have been painted (as were done previously the floor areas outside lifts at garage level) The result is much neater and tidier than before.

The next job, in the next couple of weeks, will be to paint the post boxes, sort out the numbers on the front of the boxes before a sliding door is installed infront of them. This work should much improve the overall appearance.

Vice President Jan Collings was handed the brief at the AGM of meeting each month with the gardening company, Bonsai, to update them on what jobs need doing, especially around blocks 4 and 5 which are most in need of some TLC. Jan has so far met up with David (Bonsai Chief Gardener) twice and he is clear on the work that needs doing. Many thanks to Jan for taking on this role.
