Don't want to put a dampener on the beautiful weather that everyone else is having (actually quite sunny here in Los Dolses at the moment although rain is forecast over the Easter weekend) but I have to remind every owner that the Community Rules become especially important as we get towards the busiest time of year.

Nothing regimented, scary or officious; as rules go these are pretty straight forward and based on common sense. It is very important though that each property has a set of these rules in full view for all guests, visitors, tenants and family.

The swimming pool and surrounding gardens tend to become the focus for most holiday makers and so it is of utmost importance that we all show consideration for others when using the pool.

• Please take all your litter away with you
• Please shower each time you enter the pool
• Please no glass or crockery in the pool area
• Please no airbeds or inflatables (except swimming aids) in the pool.
