Here are the Current Community Rules as passed at the 21st May AGM. Please make sure that these rules are displayed in your property for all guests to see.

Laminated and hanging on the back of the front door is a good place for them. If you are not going to be here yourselves before your guests then please email a copy to your guests so that they are aware of the rules.

It is worth saying that these are based purely on consideration for others and are not officious or over the top in any way.  So please have a read and have a great summer.
