Notice from your President
For personal reasons and also on medical advice, I have decided to step down as President with immediate effect.
OCSI are still awaiting the report from the engineers following investigations carried out on Block 3 and once they have it will call an EGM to discuss it and appoint a new President.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to OCSI and those owners who have supported me, it has been very much appreciated.

AGM PAELLA PARTY FRIDAY 16 MAY 2025
A beautiful afternoon for the post-AGM Paella Party.
STORAGE OF SUNBEDS
At the AGM in 2024 it was agreed to make an area at the back of the pool to store sunbeds rather than on the frying pan. This has now been completed so please use it for storing your sunbeds during the summer period and not the frying pan.
APARTMENT SECURITY
With dark nights, comes the need to be extra vigilant.
There have been opportunist burglaries in the area (not on our urbanization) and it is a timely reminder to ensure your apartment is secure, especially if you go out in the evening.
PROJECTS UPDATE
To date the irrigation boxes in the pool area have been replaced and the system is working. However, due to the lack of rain, intense summer heat, and broken sprinklers it will take a little while for the grass to completely recover.
PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENTS’ MEETING
The intention was to have a meeting of the President and Vice Presidents in August to report on the progress of various projects that had been agreed at the AGM.
However, as the majority of the projects are to take place in and around the Pool area, it would entail closing the area off for several days. This would be totally unacceptable in July and August, when we have so many visitors and temperatures in the high 30s/low 40s. Therefore the work will commence at the end of September/beginning of October.

FIRE DOORS IN LIFT AREA OF GARAGES IN BLOCKS 2 – 5
All the fire doors of the lift lobbies in the garages of Blocks 2 – 5 have now been fitted with “slow closure” hinges. This is to stop the noise of them slamming shut, as they will now completely close on their own.
You may find the doors are a little heavier to open due to the weight of the hinges.
PLEASE DO NOT “PROP” THE FIRE DOORS OPEN – THEY ARE THERE FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY
