For those who have Telefonica contracts for phone and Internet, like us, you are paying over the odds for admittedly a good service interms of internet speed (3 or 10mb) and virtually no downtime BUT surely there are cheaper alternatives. Lets not mention Customer Service.

According to the comparison site www.mybestoption.es I can get a 20mb ADSL service, WiFi router, landline (keeping our no.) and free national calls all for under 30€ a month from Jazztel !!  That sounds fab and so we are trying to sort that one out.

I have no idea how long it might take Telefonica to 'give up' our service or how long our downtime will be between services (I'm dreading that one) but on the face of it - Jazztel looks pretty good. If you go direct to the jazztel site the offers are slightly different but they all beat Telefonica for price.
