Before you know it we'll be *fondly* calling it 'Zenia Boulevard' just as 'Blue Water' and 'The Trafford Centre' have replaced the term 'shopping centre'.  We have the plans for it available in pdf form HERE if you want to see the stats and a map.

In the scheme of things it's a tiddler at only 80,000m². About the size of Brent Cross (Hendon) or Frenchgate (Doncaster). Half the size of Blue Water (Dartford) with the biggest in the UK being the Metro Centre in Gateshead at 194,000m² !

Zenia Boulevard will have an Alcampo Hypermarket, a Leroy Merlin (DIY) and a welcome Decathlon Sports store which will mean no more rushed treks down the motorway to San Javier for us.
